Access and Waiver
Upon receipt of your payment, you are granted immediate access to the program. This access constitutes the fulfillment of our service commitment to you, and as such, all payments are final. By accepting these terms and making a payment, you acknowledge that this access waives any right to a refund.
Chargebacks and Service Termination
If a chargeback is initiated against I AM SONYA for any transaction, your access to the program and any associated services will be immediately revoked. This action is non-reversible, and reinstatement will not be considered under any circumstances.

The inability to access the program immediately after your transaction does not constitute grounds for a refund. Payment Plans
If you purchase a product or service utilizing a payment plan, you are responsible for all agreed-upon payments. If any payments are not timely received, the entire purchase is void and no payments will be refunded.
